Provision: Therapeutic Childrens EBD Home (3-bed)
Location: West Midlands (Dudley / Wolverhampton area)
Salary: £42,000 £52,000 + Bonus + Benefits


About the Role

An established and growing residential care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Childrens Home Manager to lead the development and registration of a brand-new 3-bed therapeutic home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register with Ofsted and lead the opening of a new childrens home
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing staff team
  • Deliver high-quality, therapeutic and trauma-informed care
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards
  • Promote positive outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioural needs
  • Create a safe, stable and nurturing home environment

Essential Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 / Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (minimum)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in residential childcare
  • At least 2 years in a senior role
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and attachment
  • Experience supporting young people with EBD and complex needs
  • Commitment to professional development
