Salary: £42,000 £52,000 + Bonus + Benefits

About the Role An established and growing residential care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Childrens Home Manager to lead the development and registration of a brand-new 3-bed therapeutic home.
This is a rare opportunity to build a service from the ground up, shaping a nurturing, trauma-informed environment where young people can achieve stability and long-term outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Register with Ofsted and lead the opening of a new childrens home
Build, lead and develop a high-performing staff team
Deliver high-quality, therapeutic and trauma-informed care
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards
Promote positive outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioural needs
Create a safe, stable and nurturing home environment

Essential Requirements NVQ Level 3 / Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (minimum)
Minimum 3 years experience in residential childcare
At least 2 years in a senior role
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and attachment
Experience supporting young people with EBD and complex needs
Commitment to professional development
