What You'll Bring
Minimum age 21 and right to work in the UK
Full clean driving licence plus business insurance
5+ years' experience supporting children in a senior role
NVQ Level 3 / QCF Level 4 (Health/Social Care, Youth Work or Education)
Level 5 Leadership Diploma (or working toward it)

Enhanced portable DBS
Experience managing a residential care setting
