Thisisanopportunitytoleadagrowinghomeforyoungpeople(1117)withemotionalandbehaviouraldifficulties(EBD).Setonaquietnew-buildestateincentralBedfordineasyreachoftheA421/A428,thisisaresidentialcarehomewithinastableandcommittedteamthatembodiesasupportiveculture.
Transitioningfromsupportingoneyoungpersontooperatingatfullthree-bedcapacity,youwillactivelyshapethishomesjourney,andwillbetaskedwith:
Embeddingtherapeuticpractice
Strengtheningtheworkplaceculture
Maintainingthehighstandardsalreadyinplace
Thehomeistherapeuticallyinformed,whichmeansthatPACEandpracticalrelationalapproachesarealreadyembeddedacrossthehome.
