Position: Children, Young People and Family Refuge Practitioner (Maternity Cover) Location: Leicester Contract: Until February 2026, with potential for extension or permanent placement Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities: Service Coordination - Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and safe service delivery. Service Development - Work with the team to assess needs and enhance services. Service Delivery - Provide direct support to women and children across two refuge sites. General Responsibilities - Contribute to the refuge’s safety and development.
