The Role
You’ll lead a Registered EBD home in Leeds, driving high-quality, therapeutic, child-centred care. xkybehq
Your Responsibilities:
Full operational leadership of the home
Safeguarding & Ofsted compliance
Leading inspections with confidence
Managing referrals & multi-agency partnerships
Developing impactful, person-centred care plans
Building, mentoring and retaining a strong team
Quality assurance & continuous improvement
Budget oversight with real strategic input
About You
You’re already an experienced Registered Manager (or a strong Deputy ready for progression) who:
Holds Level 3 Residential Childcare (Essential)
Holds Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Has 2+ years’ residential experience (within last 5 years)
Has at least 1 year in a senior/management role
Understands safeguarding and EBD inside out
Wants more than just “keeping the home afloat”
