Due to expansion in the public law department, the team are now looking for a Childcare Solicitor with at least four years PQE to help grow their leading children team. The caseload will be varied with matters such as: Parent work, Care proceedings, Deprivation of Liberty applications, Secure Order applications, Special Guardianship Orders, and Adoption. The exact work will be allocated to the candidate which they prefer, for example parent or guardian work. Law Society Children Law Accreditation is an advantage, but not essential.
