Childcare Solicitor - Are you looking to join a successful law firm who can offer long term career prospects?
Joining a specialist team close to Twickenham,the successful lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise in childcare to assist and manage a varied caseload for a designated portfolio of clients. Additionally, the successful Solicitor or Legal Executivewill play a key role in the continued growth of the team and build and maintain client relationships.

Our client is a full-service firm with a strong presence in London and theSouth East. They cater for both individuals and businesses, building and maintaining excellent client relationships. Staffed by a dedicated team, they pride themselves on providing tailored services to suit their individual clients needs in a professional and friendly manner. They are now seeking a Childcare Solicitor on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities for this Childcare Solicitor vacancy:
  • Advising parents and children
  • Childcare proceedings
  • Special guardianship orders
  • Adoption
  • Child protection cases
  • Attending pre-proceeding meetings
  • Representation at contested final hearings
  • Building client relationships
  • Participating in business development activities
Qualifications and Experience for this Childcare Solicitorrole:
  • Qualified solicitors and legal executives with a between 2-5 years PQE
  • Technically proficient in childcare matters
  • Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
  • IT literate with expertise in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Proclaim is desirable
  • Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Has an aptitude for business development
Benefits for this Childcare Solicitor role:
  • Salary of £48,000 - £60,000 very much dependent on experience
  • 1-2 days from home
