Early Years Educator RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education and be able to provide high-quality care and support to children.This is a unique opportunity to work in a bilingual environment, supporting the Group Leader and adapting to the needs of the group. Kindergarten Groups at our school are bi-lingual, offering a rich and diverse learning experience for all children.The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with groups of children and individual children during play, indoors and outdoors, ensuring the safety of all children at all times on the school grounds. They will also support children with individual needs and ensure they are well cared for during lunchtime and mealtime standards are followed.The role requires the ability to participate in parents' evenings and parent-teacher conferences, as well as general conferences and staff meetings.
