The Role
The company are seeking an exceptional COO to drive day-to-day execution of their business plan and build world-class operations from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for a detail-oriented operator who thrives on turning vision into reality. The ideal candidate brings deep operational expertise in healthcare combined with strong commercial acumen. You'll need to understand unit economics, lead complex negotiations, and communicate effectively with investors, while building and scaling every aspect of our operations. You'll work directly with our visionary Chief Executive Officer to establish operational excellence and prepare for rapid growth.
