We are partnered with a growing Software platform and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief of Staff to drive strategic planning, and operational post merger integration across the business.This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment, ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, communicates with clarity, and knows how to turn plans into action.The successful candidate will lead high-impact initiatives including M&A integration and commercial operations. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and founder to ensure that strategic priorities are translated into scalable, efficient, and measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end post merger integration of new business units, platforms, and capabilities, whether from M&A, new products, or operational restructuring.Partner with finance, product, tech, ops, and commercial teams to ensure consistent execution and clear accountability.Identify operational gaps and lead the design of streamlined processes and systems to improve scalability, efficiency, and insight.Lead communication and training efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new strategies and processes across teams.Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and feedback loops to measure progress, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, preparing materials and recommendations for board meetings, investor updates, and internal decision-making.Define and manage the enterprise project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are aligned to strategy, properly resourced, and delivered on time and within scope.Implement program and project management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks that drive discipline, transparency, and accountability.Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks early; develop mitigation plans and elevate when necessary to keep initiatives on track.About You5+ years of experience in strategic operations, corporate strategy, consulting, integration, business transformation, or program management rolesExperience in Post Merger Integration of newly acquired businessesProven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives in high-growth or complex environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort navigating ambiguityExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience with systems and tools such as ERP, CRM, project management software, and BI platformsAbility to manage multiple programs / projects simultaneously and influence without authority
