Chief Finance & Operations Officer, Inclusive Education Trust

We are now seeking an exceptional Chief Finance and Operations Officer (CFOO) to join our senior leadership team at a pivotal moment in our journey. This is not a conventional CFOO role. While strategic financial and operational leadership is essential, we are looking for someone who brings much more than technical excellence.

We want a highly personable, values‑driven leader—someone who connects naturally with people, builds trust across teams, and is genuinely passionate about our mission. You will be as comfortable engaging with school leaders, staff and communities as you are shaping financial strategy. You will understand that behind every decision are the children and young people we serve.

Working closely with the CEO, Director of Education and Board, you will lead our core business functions, ensuring robust, sustainable systems across finance, operations, health & safety, estates, HR, risk and IT. At the same time, you will play a key role in shaping the Trust’s future—bringing entrepreneurial thinking, curiosity, and a drive to continually improve how we work.
