This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll be leading growth, improving performance, building a strong leadership team, and bringing together teams across different offices. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the culture and making sure the firm is set up for long-term success.

You don’t have to have done this exact role before. What matters most is that you can think strategically, make sound commercial decisions, build trust with senior stakeholders, and lead confidently in a fast-moving, international environment.
