Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the full catering operation, including: Menu Development:
Creating, developing, and costing a diverse range of menus for lunchtime and evening dining, as well as functions, celebrations, and wedding events. Previous experience in menu planning and costing is highly beneficial. Team Leadership:
Working closely with the Bar Manager and managing all kitchen and front-of-house catering staff. Responsibilities include rota planning, recruitment, supervision, and performance reviews. Training & Development:
Leading on training to ensure high standards of service and consistency across the catering team. Compliance & Standards:
Maintaining and upholding the club's 5-star environmental health rating.
Salary & Hours
Salary:
£34,000 - £38,000, depending on experience. Hours:
