£31,318 per annum | 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 06:45-15:15

Lead a small, dedicated team in a well-structured weekday operation delivering high-quality breakfast and lunch service in Rotherham.
The Role
As Chef Manager, you will oversee the full catering operation, taking a hands-on approach in the kitchen while managing day-to-day service and team performance. You'll lead a team of three, ensuring smooth, efficient service and consistently high standards.

Service Times:
Breakfast: 07:30-10:00

Lunch: 11:30-13:30

Key Responsibilities Leading and supporting a team of three to deliver excellent food and service

Taking a hands-on role in food preparation and service

Managing stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation

Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards

Maintaining efficient service flow across breakfast and lunch periods

Supporting operational planning and daily kitchen management

About You Proven experience in a similar Chef Manager or supervisory catering role (essential)

Confident working in a hands-on leadership position

Strong organisational and time management skills

Passion for quality food and consistent service

Reliable, proactive, and team-focused approach
