42 weeks per year (term time, inset days, plus 3 additional weeks) Salary:
£36,500 per year Bonus:
Performance-related bonus of up to 10% of salary (company discretionary) Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day catering operation
Prepare and deliver fresh, seasonal food at volume to a consistently high standard
Manage, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
Ensure all food safety, health & safety, and due diligence requirements are met
Maintain strong working relationships with onsite stakeholders
Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Drive food quality, consistency, and presentation
About You
You will be an experienced Chef Manager (or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up) with excellent cooking and people-management skills. You are confident cooking from fresh ingredients at volume and take pride in running a well-organised, efficient kitchen. Like us, you believe this isnt about school food
