brand-new retail site in North Cambridge at the end of April
and are looking for a talented, forward-thinking
Chef Manager
to lead it from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but rapidly growing contract catering business and take full ownership of a fresh, modern café concept. This role is ideal for a chef who understands
current street food trends
and thrives on keeping menus
exciting, relevant, and engaging
for both clients and customers. The Role
As Chef Manager, you will be the driving force behind this new opening, with full autonomy to shape the food offering and customer experience. Responsibilities include: Creating and developing innovative, seasonal menus inspired by modern street food trends Delivering fresh, high-quality breakfast and lunch, alongside vibrant grab-and-go options Keeping the menu dynamic and engaging to drive repeat business and customer interest Leading, training, and developing your team, including a barista Designing bespoke menus for events and hospitality outside core hours Acting as the face of the café in a client-facing role, building strong relationships Managing financial performance, including cost control and margins Ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Overseeing stock control, ordering, and waste management Supporting marketing initiatives to increase footfall and visibility Running the café as your own retail business, with full ownership and autonomy With

A passionate and experienced chef with a strong background in kitchen management and menu development Up to date with
