Chef Manager

Location : Heywood, OL10 2TN

Rate of Pay : £35,000 per annum

Working Pattern : Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 15:30pm, 40 hours per week, flexibility required

Key Responsibilities : To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations You will be responsible for a team of 14 Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team Provide feedback and coaching on performance To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene training Managing daily kitchen operations, leading a culinary team, and ensuring high standards for food quality and safety
