Were looking for a Chef Manager to oversee a busy catering operation and lead a dedicated team. What Youll Be Doing: As our Chef Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including: Leading and motivating a team of 1 Catering Supervisor and 5General Assistants Designing and delivering high-quality, seasonal menus Ensuring smooth, efficient service every day Managing budgets, stock, ordering, and supplier relationships Maintaining the highest food safety and health & safety standards Creating a positive, supportive team culture What Were Looking For: Experience as a Chef Manager or Senior Chef in a similar setting Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for fresh food and outstanding service Excellent understanding of HACCP, allergens, and food hygiene standards Confident managing budgets and operational processes Whats on Offer: £38,000 annual salary Daytime hours, MondayFriday A term-time schedule offering worklife balance Supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth
