Chef Manager - DBS Required - Telford & surrounding areas

Blue Arrow are recruiting for experienced Chef Managers to work with our client in the Telford and surrounding areas.
Working in an education setting, your main duties will include:
Overseeing overall management of catering operations
Cooking from fresh following a set weekly menu rota
Leading a small kitchen team in delivering a timely service
Being aware of allergen and dietary needs
Stock ordering
Stock takes
Accurate recording of daily and weekly paperwork including temperature checks
Serving on the counter where necessary
Ensuring high standards of kitchen and food hygiene are maintained at all times.
Skills Required:
Experience in education/contract catering
Knife skills
Knowledge of stock takes and ordering
Management experience
Qualifications Needed:
Food hygiene level 2 or 3
Allergens
Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service
Previous experience in catering management preferably in an education setting
Competitive rates of pay paid weekly
Expected start date - early May
