As a Head Waiter at Arcade - Covent Garden, you love delivering top-notch guest experiences and have a knack for making every service unforgettable. Be in charge of opening and closing the restaurant Assist with the coaching and development of junior staff members Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices and procedures Have the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!
