2 x Waiters - Ground Floor and Upper Floor Restaurant 5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name. We are currently looking for 2 Waiters to join our Ground Floor and Upper Floor Restaurant team. The company benefits our Waiter will receive are:

The responsibilities of the Waiter are: Preparing the restaurant mise-en-place for the various shifts

Present and serve food to the guests with proper sequence and timing, mentioning the name of the dish to the client and explain some of the dishes when requested to do so.

The Experience & Qualifications required as Waiter are: Significant experience in a similar position is essential

Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous

The working hours: The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year
