You will be a passionate and talented chef with a solid fresh food background, eager to contribute to a busy kitchen and uphold the propertys exceptional standards. Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and be committed to producing dishes of the highest quality throughout service. As Chef de Partie you will: Run your own section during service, ensuring dishes are consistently high-quality Assist in preparation, presentation and service of all menu items Support senior chefs in maintaining kitchen standards and efficiency Work across different sections as required during busy periods Maintain excellent hygiene, organisation, and professional standards throughout the kitchen This is an ideal opportunity for a seasonal Chef de Partie looking to gain experience in a prestigious, food-driven property while working in one of the most iconic locations in Scotland.
