to join a fantastic hotel team in Clydebank on an ongoing, long-term temporary basis with Search Recruitment Group. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fun, supportive kitchen where you'll be working alongside a strong team and gaining consistent hours. What you'll be doing: Carrying out food preparation to ensure everything is ready for service Supporting during busy service periods, ensuring dishes are sent out efficiently and to a high standard Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on daily kitchen tasks Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards Assisting with stock control and reducing waste where possible Contributing to a positive, team-focused kitchen environment What's on offer: ?? £15.56 per hour (weekdays) ?? Enhanced rates for weekends & bank holidays ?? Monday to Friday only - great work-life balance ? Rotating shifts - week 1, then week 2 rotating weekly

Week 1: 10am - 6pm Week 2: 12pm - 8pm
