Job Description

An experienced, enthusiastic, hard working chef de partie .

Responsibilities include food prep & cooking, hygiene & safety, station management.

You should be confident in your capabilities to produce good food from scratch as we make everything in house.

Hours approx 40-45 over 4 days. Closed Christmas Day, New Years Day and close early Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

Own transport essential.
