Chef de Partie

New Today

Were looking for Chefs de Partie to join a busy, quality-driven Italian kitchen in the heart of Soho.
Earnings starting from £16.42 p/h for junior CDP, rising to £19.49 p/h for a Senior CDP (DOE). Based on a 48-hour week, this equates to £40.9k£49.5k per annum, inclusive of service charge. Pay is hourly, with all overtime paid.
The rota is structured and sustainable: one double shift, four singles and two days off per week.
Youll be cooking with exceptional Italian and UK ingredients, supported by ongoing hands-on training, supplier visits and clear progression within a long-standing, friendly brigade.
Benefits include health and wellbeing support, additional holiday for service, a 50% staff dining discount and the option to buy food and wine at cost price.
A great opportunity for a CDP who values proper cooking, strong systems and a respectful kitchen culture.
Job Requirements This role suits a Chef de Partie who is looking for stability and long-term development, rather than frequent moves. Were keen to speak to chefs who can demonstrate solid time spent in previous kitchens and a commitment to seeing roles through.
Youll have proven experience working as a Chef de Partie (or strong Junior CDP ready to step up) in a fast-paced, quality-focused restaurant, with the ability to stay calm, organised and consistent under pressure.
Personality-wise, were looking for someone reliable, switched on and proud of their work. Youll work well as part of a brigade, communicate clearly, take feedback on board and contribute positively to the atmosphere in the kitchen.
This is a professional, supportive environment with clear systems and progression, best suited to someone who wants to settle into a role, grow their skills and be part of a team for the long run.
