About You and The Role
As a Chef de Partie at The Newman, you will:
Run a section during service with consistency and care
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, following our recipes and style
Support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef with day-to-day prep and kitchen organisation
Work cleanly and safely, maintaining excellent food hygiene at all times
Be a supportive, respectful presence in the kitchen team
Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

About The Newman
The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, including a luxurious rooftop signature suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area. Guests can enjoy an all-day brasserie serving dishes inspired by Northern European flavours and Gambit Bar, offering a range of cocktails and local craft beers, the hotel also features an entire floor dedicated to Wellness.
