What's involved?
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie who is looking to work within a lovely team and for a company that puts their staff first. The Team is led by a calm and talented Executive Head Chef who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming yet professional kitchen.

The restaurant operates at a 3 AA Rosette level with an award-winning and popular afternoon tea.

You will be responsible for the complete running of a section, general mise en place etc and assisting wherever needed to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
