Beamish Hall is a stunning country house hotel in the heart of North East England.
Set in picturesque countryside, on the borders of County Durham and Tyne & Wear.
Family owned since 2003 we are proud to provide a memorable experience to all of our customers from tasty local produce in our Stables Bar & Restaurant to weddings and banqueting within the Hall.
As one of the North East’s premier Wedding venues we are looking for friendly, trustworthy and motivated individuals to assist in the delivery of our food services within the Stables Restaurant and the Main Hall.
You will be preparing, cooking and presenting food to the standards required by the company and guests. Ensuring that dishes are prepared and ready on time.
You will be working with fresh ingredients to a menu that changes seasonally under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef. Our restaurants are busy as are our Conference and Banqueting events, so you will need stamina and skill to ensure our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Hygiene will be of major importance to you. You should be able to adhere to our strict health and safety policies and have an understanding of current food trends.
Food Hygiene Certificate is Required.
Allergen Training Is required.
Minimum Chef De Partie Experience 2 years
Salary: £14.00 CDP per hour
