Chef de Partie - Independent Kitchen - Kensington £14-£15 per hour (inc. tronc) Full-time | 7 shifts per week An established and quietly iconic bar and restaurant in Kensington is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its small, close-knit kitchen team. Known for its members-club feel (without the fee), this is a warm, loyal environment where chefs tend to stay and grow. Led by a long-standing Head Chef with over 20 years at the helm, the kitchen serves fresh, seasonal European-style food with creativity encouraged. The site offers a tight, focused service with around 60 covers at peak and a calm, organised back-of-house team of six.
The Role:
* Support daily service alongside a small brigade - 2 chefs per shift. * Help deliver consistently fresh, made-from-scratch food using quality ingredients. * Take ownership of your section and contribute to daily specials and menu evolution. * Shifts typically 9am-4pm or 4pm-11pm, across 7 shifts per week.
