Support senior chefs during service within a structured, professional brigade

Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)

Contribute to daily prep, mise en place and stock control

Requirements Background in luxury hotels, members clubs or fine-dining restaurants

Strong foundation in Mediterranean cuisine
