Chef de Partie - Ongoing Temp Contract (Clydebank, G81)

We're currently looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a fantastic hotel team in Clydebank on an ongoing, long-term temporary basis with Search Recruitment Group.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fun, supportive kitchen where you'll be working alongside a strong team and gaining consistent hours.

What you'll be doing:

Carrying out food preparation to ensure everything is ready for service Supporting during busy service periods, ensuring dishes are sent out efficiently and to a high standard Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on daily kitchen tasks Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards Assisting with stock control and reducing waste where possible Contributing to a positive, team-focused kitchen environmentWhat's on offer:

£15.56 per hour (weekdays) Enhanced rates for weekends & bank holidays Monday to Friday only - great work-life balance ⏰ Rotating shifts - week 1, then week 2 rotating weekly Week 1: 10am - 6pm Week 2: 12pm - 8pm Weekly pay Clydebank (G81) Immediate start availableThis role would suit someone reliable, organised, and happy to get stuck in with both prep and service, who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced but friendly environment.
