About The Washington Mayfair Hotel A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chef De Partie to join one of Londons oldest and most distinguished privately owned hotels. The Washington Mayfair Hotel is located in one of Londons finest locations, Curzon Street, tucked into the heart of Mayfair a few minutes from Park Lane and offering clients a perfect alternative to the famous 5-star Park Lane Hotels. Nearest Tube Station: Green Park Chef de Partie will be but not restricted to: Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and guidelines Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with catering events as needed The successful Chef de Partie will have the following experience and skills: Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Good command of English Achieved Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Supervisory experience Positive attitude Ability to work under pressure, to work on your own and as part of a team Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations Capability of evaluating service levels. Friendly, welcoming, and proficient Excellent communication and teamwork skills Eligibility as aChef de Partie: In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
