We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene are maintained. Ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standard and presented beautifully. Maintain accurate records of food costs and wastage. Ensure that health and safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times. Having the correct attitude towards the people around you, respect them, help if needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef, minimum 3 years. Good knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients and cuisines. A creative approach to menu design and dish presentation. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Food Hygiene Level 2 or higher qualification.
