The kitchen serves up to 100 covers per day, offering a vibrant service where every member of the brigade plays a key role in delivering high-quality dishes. About the Role As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section during service while supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. This is a hands-on role where consistency, organisation, and teamwork are key. You will be working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, preparing fresh dishes and maintaining high kitchen standards while contributing to an efficient and positive working environment.
