Join our team as a Chef de Partie, based in central Brighton, paying £15.33 per hour. A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef looking to take the next step in their career.

As a talented and passionate Chef de Partie you'll be joining our Staff Dining team. This is a full-time role offering an excellent work-life balance, with Monday to Friday shifts and no evening work, ideal for chefs seeking stability in a professional kitchen environment.

What you'll be doing:
Preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality food for staff dining

Working across hospitality services to ensure variety and skill development

Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation

Ensuring food safety, hygiene and compliance at all times

Supporting the wider kitchen team in daily operations

What you'll be doing:
Experienced Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up

Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and high standards

A reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Well organised and able to perform consistently in a busy kitchen
