You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes from scratch in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, supporting both restaurant service and the wider kitchen operation. This is a busy operation with high cover numbers, so we are looking for a hardworking team player who thrives under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience running a section or small team and be flexible with working hours and shifts.
