WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? We are constantly pushing to improve and create the best kitchen team we can to continue our journey. With an experienced and committed team, we are looking to add further depth with qualified and experienced who have experience in running a section confidently and helping develop quickly Established skillset to work at a two Michelin star level. We have a solid team with years of experience and are always ready to teach but your skillset should already be established to a high level to hit the ground running with the team. You should already have developed knife skills, experience with cooking processes and modern technique. Efficiency & cleanliness. The secret to a great kitchen is being able to complete all mis en efficiently and to maintain the highest standards of organisation and cleanliness. Positive working attitude. Nothing worth doing comes easy and we recruit team members are who excited to be working in our kitchen and enjoy the challenge. Ability to adapt and learn quickly. Every day has its own challenges and we have the attitude that perfection is impossible but we can not make the same mistake twice. Responsibility. The venue is constantly investing back into itself and we expect a new chef to take responsibility for the venue as if it were their own as well as responsibility for their own section and jobs assigned to them. 4 Day service week with only 2 lunch services - Sundays & Mondays always closed, Tuesday no service mis en day half shift. Well-staffed and well-equipped venue with plenty of support. We have two kitchens both of which are designed to a world class standard - brand new open plan prep kitchen with a world class service kitchen. Regular opportunity to showcase current skills, develop ideas and learn new things Freshly cooked staff meals on duty Annual January closure after Christmas Established team with experience with already well staffed kitchen. Manage and maintain a section of the kitchen from start to finish - taking responsibility for your duties at all times. Maintain standards at all times both in organisation and execution Hold yourself to the highest standards in cooking, preparation and cleanliness. We run a chef service too so will be introduced the dishes you cook.
