Wimbledon Restaurant A French-inspired, British seafood-led restaurant in Wimbledon is seeking a confident Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. The focus is on fresh, seasonal British produce and seafood, prepared in an open kitchen with a chefs table. You will be responsible for running a section and maintaining consistently high standards. You will: Run your section during prep and service Cook across fish, meat, garnish, and pastry Keep your section clean, organised, and efficient Support the brigade during busy services Requirements: Previous Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef experience Confidence working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen Strong organisation and reliability Pride in your work and attention to detail Interest in seafood and high-quality produce Hours: 48-hour contract, 5 days out of 7, kitchen operating 10am11pm £15-18 per hour.
