Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual, who has worked in similar event roles within the hospitality industry. You will be working within a brigade of 21; based in the event kitchen producing conference fork buffets, working lunches, canape receptions, bowl food and formal plated lunches or dinners, with scope for your development within the company. Experience in hospitality essential along with significant experience as Chef de Partie. You will need to be a team player, keen to develop, adaptable and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
