Chef De Partie

Manpower Recruitment have partnered with an established Restaurant in the heart of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds area in Burford and looking for an experienced Chef De Partie.
The role is a full time, permanent role working up to 48 hrs per week and candidates would need to be flexible with hours as a requirement would be 3-4 split shifts per week.
The expectations are full flexibility, so please be expected to work weekends when required and role is paying £31,000-34000pa (depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using home-grown and locally sourced ingredients Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation Contributing to menu ideas with fresh, seasonal produce Supporting kitchen organisation, stock control, and waste management What We're Looking For Previous experience in a professional kitchen is essential (CDP) Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine passion for quality food Knowledge of or interest in seasonal cooking and home-grown produce If interested, please get in touch with a Manpower Representative.
