Chef de Partie/ Sous Chef KIMCHILI Korean Restaurant
We are looking for passionate and talented Chefs to join our growing family at KIMCHILI Korean Restaurant , where we proudly share the authentic taste of Korea with every guest. Our team is known for its warm hospitality, energetic teamwork, and dedication to quality , creating a dining experience that celebrates both modern Korean flavors and traditional home-style cooking .
As a Chef at KIMCHILI, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in leading our kitchen team ensuring that every dish reflects the vibrant, flavorful, and soulful essence of Korean cuisine. Youll help maintain the highest standards in kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety, while nurturing a positive and respectful team culture.
What Were Looking For
An experienced chef with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a kitchen team
A strong background in Asian cuisine or genuine passion for Korean flavors and culinary traditions
Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
A team player with excellent communication
Reliable, punctual, and organized someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Positive and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry , ideally in Asian or Korean dining
Key Responsibilities
Master and execute our signature KIMCHILI recipes and ensure dishes meet our high-quality standards
Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, health, and safety procedures
Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and tools are clean, sanitized, and well maintained daily
Support the Head Chef in menu development and introducing new seasonal Korean dishes
