Key Responsibilities Prepare and complete mise en place efficiently before service
Work effectively in both la carte and buffet service environments
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times
Support and guide Commis and Demi Chefs during service
Ensure smooth kitchen operations under pressure
Manage time effectively to meet service demands
Requirements Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP procedures
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Team player with a proactive attitude
Availability at least 4 days per week
Working Hours 20 hours per week
Typically spread across 3 shifts per week
