A prestigious private members club in Central London is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its stable and professional kitchen brigade. You will primarily be based in the restaurant, while also contributing to special events, creating modern European dishes with a strong focus on the finest seasonal produce. Salary: £33,093 per annum (with typical overtime, salary can reach £37,505 )
Contract: 40 hours per week , predominantly MondayFriday One Saturday a month, and one Saturday every two months
Overtime paid at time and a quarter (£21.21 per hour)
Cuisine: Modern European
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Head Chef across all sections of the kitchen
Maintain consistently high standards in food preparation and presentation
