Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards in line with the fine dining ethos. Work across multiple sections of the kitchen, including hot and cold sections. Assist with pastry preparation as required, with scope for development. Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Support junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture. Participate in menu development, incorporating seasonal, locally sourced and home-farm ingredients. Ensure efficient stock control and minimise waste.
