I'm looking for a

talented Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef

to join the kitchen team at a

well-regarded, rosette-standard country inn. This kitchen is proudly

hands-on and craft-led : all

meat is butchered on site , and

all bread and baking is produced in-house , offering a rare opportunity for a chef who wants to deepen their skills. The Role

Working with

fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients

Producing

rosette-level modern British dishes

Hands-on involvement in

whole-animal butchery

and meat preparation

Assisting with and learning from

daily in-house baking and bread production

Running sections with consistency and attention to detail

Supporting menu development, prep, stock control, and kitchen organisation

Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and food safety

What Were Looking For

Experience as a

CDP or Junior Sous Chef

in a quality-focused kitchen

Genuine interest in

butchery, baking, and traditional skills

Ambition to grow within a serious, standards-driven kitchen
