Boutique Hotel Group We are recruiting a Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join a growing hotel group in Cumbria, working across a small collection of properties in a varied and hands-on role. This opportunity offers the chance to work across multiple sites including a town centre hotel, a coastal property, and an expanding outside catering operation. The kitchens focus on fresh, straightforward food, catering for both smaller midweek numbers and busier weekends, as well as functions, buffets, and weddings. Benefits: Salary circa £33,000 4045 hour working week Mostly straight shifts Exposure to multiple kitchens and styles of service Opportunity to develop within a growing group Accessible locations with good transport links In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef and senior team, supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen while gaining experience across different sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, or an existing Junior Sous Chef looking for a varied role with progression potential.
