Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace.
The Role:
We are looking for a disciplined and adaptable Chef de Partie to support our Tea Lounges wellness focused food offering at Eynsham Baths. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality, health-driven dishes under minimal supervision. The position is not purely back-of-house. You are expected to confidently step into front-of-house operations when required, supporting service, engaging with guests, and maintaining overall service standards.
Who are we looking for?
Experience working in a kitchen in a luxury / lifestyle multi-outlet food and beverage operation.
Someone who stays up to date with current food trends and best practices.
Experience in fresh, healthy, or wellness focused cuisine preferred.
Ability to work across both kitchen and service environments.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
The on target earning potential for this role is £38,590 per annum based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £31,590 plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £13.50 so this is a projected salary and OTE.
