This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef with a strong technical foundation to be part of a high-calibre brigade, working under exceptional leadership in a kitchen where precision, creativity, and discipline are at the heart of everything.
Your Responsibilities: Run your section with confidence, ensuring consistency, quality, and flawless execution in every service
Work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver a menu that celebrates bold flavours, refined technique, and ingredient integrity
Maintain exceptional standards of mise en place, organisation, and cleanliness across your station
Contribute ideas, curiosity, and passion to a collaborative and ambitious kitchen environment
Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen discipline
Who You Are: Classically trained with a strong grounding in European cooking techniques
Experience in Michelin-starred or high-end kitchens is highly desirable
Passionate about ingredients, technique, and continuous improvement
Calm and focused under pressure, with pride in your section and your craft
A strong team player with a positive attitude and a genuine hunger to learn
