Inspire kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes with consistency. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet established standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standards. Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff to ensure their development. Skills & Competencies: Proven experience as a Chef De Partie, ideally in high-end hotels or restaurant settings at min 2AA rosettes Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Passion for food and creativity in menu design and presentation. Professional culinary qualifications or equivalent experience preferred. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
